When should I make my reservation?
To secure your booking, we suggest reserving your spot 2–3 weeks prior, or even earlier during our high season which is May–September. For organization events and private gatherings, arranging 4–6 weeks in advance offers optimal availability and customization opportunities.
What course of action is taken for adverse weather situations?
Our foremost concern is safety. Should the weather conditions be deemed hazardous by our captain, your charter can be rescheduled for an alternate date or a complete refund will be issued. We consistently monitor weather developments and provide notifications 24 hours before your departure if weather seems uncertain.
Am I permitted to bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own food and drinks. However, we also have excellent hospitality options with tailored menus according to your tastes. Note that for your safety, glassware is not allowed aboard.
Do your yachts offer accessibility for individuals with mobility restrictions?
We are committed to accommodating all guests. Our fleet includes some yachts that are more accessible than others. To address specific requirements, please get in touch with us during the reservation process, and we will recommend the most appropriate yacht and make necessary arrangements.
Could you detail your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations done 72 hours ahead of the departure, a full refund is issued. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Within 24 hours of departure, cancellations are nonrefundable unless the cause is related to weather or mechanical difficulties from our side.
